The Datalogic Magellan™ 9600i is a cutting-edge scanner/scale solution designed to optimise performance at high-throughput checkouts. Featuring a medium-size platter, shelf mount, and fixed produce rail, this unit includes a single interval weighing system, RS-232 interface, US-standard power brick, and English language configuration.

With QuadVision™ imaging technology, the 9600i uses four integrated cameras to capture high-resolution images from five sides, enabling rapid decoding of even the most challenging 1D, 2D, and Digimarc® barcodes. Combined with a powerful multi-core IMX8 processor and optional neural processors, it’s built to support next-generation AI applications, including product recognition and loss prevention via video analytics.

ScaleSentry™ technology prevents under-weighing by detecting misplacement of items using infrared beams, while the All-Weighs™ scale design allows for flexible weighing on top of the bonnet.

Ideal for both assisted and self-checkout applications, the 9600i provides seamless integration with Windows, Linux, Android™, and IBM 4690 POS platforms, and features easy-to-clean surfaces and modern styling that enhances any retail space.
