3. Pricing and Currency 

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. 
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the Customer. 
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

To place an Order, you must:

  • All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion.

  • Accepted payment methods include Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. 
  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and cleared.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at the checkout and are subject to change. 
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Right to Cancel (Consumers) 

As per Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers can cancel their order within 14 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition (excluding faulty goods). 
  • Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods 
  • You must inform us in writing (email or contact form)

9. Returns & Refunds 

  • Faulty or incorrect goods: eligible for full refund, repair, or replacement 
  • Change of mind: accepted within 14 days, return at your cost 
  • Return requests considered within 14 days 
  • Must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition 
  • Return shipping is your responsibility 
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price may apply to returned items, depending on their condition and packaging. This fee helps cover inspection, quality control, and refurbishment costs to ensure returned items are in a reliable condition.


10. Return to Base (RTB) Warranty  

All hardware items include a 12-month RTB warranty 

  • Customer must return the item to us for inspection 
  • If verified faulty, we’ll repair or replace at no cost 
  • Warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, consumables, and unauthorized repairs

11. Faulty Goods & Consumer Rights 

  • If your item is faulty or not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for consumers).  
  • Contact us immediately with your order number and issue.


12. Age Verification 

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our website and services. 
  • We may perform age verification checks to comply with legal requirements.

We encourage genuine customer feedback. We do not publish fake reviews or offer incentives for review submissions. We reserve the right to remove any fraudulent or offensive content in line with UK regulatory standards.
