The Datalogic Magellan™ 9900i Scanner/Scale is a future-ready, AI-capable in-counter scanning solution designed for high-volume retail and self-checkout (SCO) environments. This model features a long weighing platter, fixed produce rail, and shelf mount design, delivering flexibility and efficiency for modern grocery checkouts.

Powered by Datalogic’s QuadVision™ IMX8 processor and equipped with four high-resolution cameras, the 9900i scans barcodes from all angles with industry-leading speed and accuracy, including damaged or obscured codes. The scanner is optimised for GS1 Digital Link symbology and supports AI-driven features such as integrated color imaging and neural processing for loss prevention and smart analytics (optional hardware required).

The ScaleSentry™ system uses infrared sensors to detect misplaced produce during weighing, reducing shrink and ensuring weighing accuracy. Combined with the All-Weighs™ scale platter, the 9900i simplifies the checkout experience even for bulky items.

Note: This configuration does not include power accessories or USB cables—ideal for custom installations where separate POS-powered connections are used
