The Datalogic PowerScan PBT9501 DPM EVO is a high-performance Bluetooth® industrial barcode scanner purpose-built for Direct Part Marking (DPM) applications in challenging production and logistics environments. Its fixed optics system delivers consistent, high-resolution scanning of laser-etched, dot-peened, or low-contrast codes on metal, plastic, and curved surfaces.
Powered by Bluetooth® 2.0 Class 1/2 wireless communication, the scanner enables unrestricted mobility across the factory floor with a range of up to 90 metres. Designed for 24/7 shift operation, the removable lithium-ion battery delivers over 30,000 scans per charge, and can be hot-swapped in seconds for uninterrupted productivity.
This rugged device features IP65-rated protection, ergonomic design, Datalogic’s Motionix™ motion-sensing, and 3GL™ visual feedback system for intuitive, high-accuracy scanning.
